For over six months I was a copywriter for Town Cats of Morgan Hill, an animal shelter. I wrote (and rewrote, for older versions) the adoption flyers for the cats. I wrote in the "voice" of the cats and according to the other volunteers, I did a great job in capturing the individual cats' personalities.

We focused on older cats since they're less likely to get adopted than kittens. I'm happy to say that about 40% of the cats I've written flyers for have since been adopted!
